Luther was the second child of JW Gailey. He was born August 14, 1884 in Eastland County, Texas. He died on March 5, 1951 in Strawn, Texas.
Luther Elmer Gailey and Octie Pearl Guest were married in 1912. They had three children: Audie Laveda Gailey,
William Elmer Gailey, and Dovie Guest Gailey. Audie married Marion Harris and had one child: Alton Harris. Elmer married
Theresa "Tina" Howell and had three children: Michael, Shirley, and John. Dovie married James Revis Hunt and the two had one
son, Jimmy. Audie died in 1937, Elmer passed away on April 29, 1998, and Dovie passed away on April 29, 2009. Photos on this page are
